  • Slaughter Cattle Line
    In a modern slaughter unit of our company, in the presence of experienced veterinarians and food technologists, we provide slaughter services with the help of the most qualified staff that have made the process into art. The automated slaughter cattle line provides absolute accuracy and safety. The procedures are certified and with the presence of the state veterinarian who oversees the ongoing slaughter of cattle, each customer is sure of the quality of services slaughter.

  • Slaughter Sheep and Goat Line

  • Chilling Meat
    The process of meat chilling is necessary for better quality of the final product. After the slaughter the animal remains in a special chamber with particular temperature. There, is kept for a certain period so that the final product has excellent flavor and quality.

  • Cooling Chambers Meat
    In well-equipped chamber, after chilling, the meat is transported and stored under the right temperatures until the start of the distribution. In chillers meat chambers, we care for the excellent quality of meat through the process of cooling.

  • Quartering Services and Packaging
    At the slaughterhouse of our unit we have the potential to deliver the final product in a package and ready for distribution. The procedure is performed in a specially equipped area and our well-trained staff packs the final product to be ready for delivery. It is possible our company to lead the distribution with her refrigerated trucks.

  • Incineration Unit
    The optimal functioning of ιncineration unit (according to the CAN RC 1774/2002)ensures safe burning of animal waste and the safe extraction of pollutants to the environment. It is the largest animal incinerator in Greece.

  • Biological Purification
    During the slaughter process some waste are generated and they are transported in an area where a biological treatment takes place and makes it available to the aquifer and the remains subsequently led to the incinerator and the process comes to an end.

  • Washer Disinfectors Truck
    The incoming and outgoing trucks pass through a decontamination tank so can keep all rules of hygiene. Incoming trucks via a tank for disinfecting the tires and the bottom, are driven to an area where they continue the washing and disinfection in order to complete the hygiene. Depending on the requirements of the import or export of animal meat from the slaughterhouse, the procedures are controlled by food technologists and veterinarians for the excellent process.
